The Foundation for Shamanic Studies, I believe teaches depossession in their advanced workshops so you might find some people there as well: http://www.shamanism.org/resources/services.php

And, as a disclaimer, do keep in mind that shamanism is not a replacement for psychological or physician’s care when that care is needed. There can be lots of reasons for similar behaviors..bi-polar disorder, dissociative disorder, psychosis.. If anyone feels they are in danger or suicidal, they should seek appropriate help.

If a person is ‘possessed’ and knows it -flitting between extreme childlike helplessness and cruelty, is there a place or person who could help them? -given that they are asking?

I would very much appreciate your wisdom on this matter… The thought of such pain being relieved is too great for me not to ask.
